The first thing I’d like to do before diving into the vampire clans is explain what Vampire: the Masquerade is. I’m not sure how else to describe it, but vampires were suddenly in. Like it or not, most of us went through that dark phase where we all wore regrettable outfits, listened to edgy music, and lamented how no one understood us. If you lived through the 90’s and early 2000’s like I did, then you remember one trend that really caught on, or rather a handful of trends: goth, emo, and grunge.
